Want your Koligly account gone?
Delete it yourself in the app in under a minute (Section 1), or — if you've already uninstalled — send us a deletion request with the form below and we'll erase everything for you.
1. Delete your account in the app
You can delete your Koligly account directly at any time inside the app:
- Open Koligly and go to Settings.
- Tap Account (or Help & Support).
- Scroll down to the bottom and select Delete account.
- Confirm deletion when prompted.
Deletion is immediate and permanent — you'll be signed out and your profile, media and settings are erased from our servers.
2. What data is erased
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently erased from our servers:
- Your profile information, display name, handle, and avatar photos.
- All uploaded media files, voice notes, status updates, and custom notification tones across storage buckets.
- Your authentication credentials and access tokens.
- Your direct contact links and personal safety settings.
3. What we keep, and why
Some information is not erased with your account:
- Messages you sent to other people stay in their conversations, as they would if you had sent a letter. They are no longer linked to a profile you can manage.
- Reports about abuse or harmful content, including reports filed against your account, are kept so our moderators can protect other people and meet legal obligations.
- Payment, payout and order records that we or our payment processor must keep for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention and legal reasons.
4. Request deletion by email
Already uninstalled the app, or lost access to it? No problem. Use the form below — or write directly to armstrong@praxisbyproacta.com — and we'll delete your account and all associated personal data for you. Please send your request from the email address or phone number linked to your Koligly account so we can verify it. Requests are processed within 48 hours.
